Helplines, Crisis & Counseling Resources
Fight to Get Help. Don't Fight Alone.
You don't EVER have to Fight alone. There are so many people and resources out there that are ready and wanting to Fight alongside you and for you during whatever hard circumstance or season of life you're in. Seek them out. They are ready and waiting. God has given you a supernatural strength to Fight and not give up. Rely on Him and seek out those He has equipped and placed in your life. The best thing you can ever do is Fight for yourself and seek guidance and help.
While your Battle Scars, pain and hurt are absolutely unique and personal to you, many people have gone through similar circumstances and survived, coming out stronger and full of hope on the other side. Everyone has a broken story and there are so many strong Warriors because of it. There is hope and you CAN Fight through it! You are not alone.
We will always encourage you to seek out help from like-minded believers first and foremost. Reach out to your trusted family, friends, local church or services, if possible.
However, if you're not sure where to go, need guidance, help or encouragement or are in a crisis we've compiled a great list of national Christian resources including counselors, crisis helplines, and informational resources to help guide and point you in the right direction. It also includes a variety of non faith-based resources that can serve as a great starting point for teens and adults. The resources in this list tackle anything from everyday issues, mental health, suicide, abuse, violence, addiction, illness, pregnancy, relationships, grief, loss and life's messy and hard situations. NCAA.org - Student Athlete Mental Health
Student-athletes, coaches, and faculty athletics representatives play a critical role in creating an environment that supports the mental health and well-being of college athletes. That’s why the Sport Science Institute developed web-based educational modules to help normalize and destigmatize mental health help seeking for college athletes.
SamaritansUSA
Samaritans centers provide volunteer-staffed hotlines and professional and volunteer-run public education programs, “suicide survivor” support groups and many other crisis response, outreach and advocacy activities and programs to the communities we serve as well as those throughout the country.
Save.org
SAVE was one of the nation’s first organizations dedicated to the prevention of suicide. Our work is based on the foundation and belief that suicide is preventable and everyone has a role to play in preventing suicide. Through raising public awareness, educating communities, and equipping every person with the right tools, we know we can SAVE lives.
