365fight Parents
Fight For The Next Generation
First off, let's define a 365fight 'parent'. Any adult who has influence over youth, is a parent! Whether you have biological children, adopted children, children in heaven, you are a grandparent, aunt, uncle, cousin, volunteer or mentor, you have influence and what you do with that influence matters and is significant.

The most important thing you can do as a parent, is to be intentional about being equipped and encouraged to Fight through your own battles and stories.

This doesn't mean pretending everything is OK or perfect all the time. That's not possible. You don't have to have it all together, all the time, to be a great parent. It does mean continually seeking a relationship with God our Father and being vulnerable and honest within your family and all of your healthy, trusted relationships so you're being poured into and challenged. You don't have to know all the answers, but you do have to know The One who has them.

365fight is here to connect parents and mentors to resources, events, friendships and safe environments to talk honestly and be equipped and encouraged.

Surround Yourself with Warriors
Parenting is tough work. In an ever changing world, it's hard to keep up with your youth's constantly evolving environments and emotions, let alone keep up with your own life. Surround yourself with Warriors who are ready to step in and help you Fight for your kids and for yourself. It takes an army!
Children are a reflection of their parents and they are learning to navigate how to handle spiritual, physical, mental and emotional battles by watching how you Fight them. Be unapologetically proactive and aggressive about making sure you are spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally growing, resting, involving and investing. Your kid doesn't need a perfect parent or parents who protect them for everything or do everything for them. They don't need you to be their best friend. They need a parent who simply understands the significance and influence they have and is doing everything within their power to be honest, approachable and vulnerable by leading and protecting them in love and faith by their consistent words and actions and healthy boundaries, through all seasons of life.

Thank God there are so many incredible Christian resources and honest parents out there to help each other navigate their relationships with their tweens, teens and young adults and the environments they're in!
